Be the person our partners trust.
We call the IFAs, brokers and employee benefits companies we work with our partners. Each uses Tendr technology to offer a white-labelled employee benefits platform under its own brand. You’ll own a portfolio of those relationships, making sure the platform works well, partner teams feel confident using it, and opportunities or issues reach the right people quickly.
Our technology already serves over 3 million people in the UK. You’ll help us reach the next 3 million.
Your work will include
- Own the day-to-day health of a portfolio of partner accounts, from onboarding and launch through ongoing service.
- Deliver clear product demos and practical training for advisers, administrators and partner teams.
- Spot adoption gaps, resolve issues, coordinate fixes and keep partners informed with reliable follow-through.
- Translate feature requests and feedback into useful briefs, then liaise between partners and our developers as work progresses.
- Review usage and partner goals regularly, identifying ways to improve the platform experience and deepen each relationship.
You’ll probably thrive here if
- Experience managing B2B accounts or customer success relationships in software, financial services or employee benefits.
- Confidence presenting demos, running training sessions and explaining software to different audiences.
- Strong organisation and judgement when balancing requests, incidents and long-term account priorities.
- Clear written communication that helps technical teams and non-technical partners understand each other.
- An instinct for taking ownership and closing the loop, especially when a problem spans several teams.
Good to have
- Knowledge of the UK IFA, broker or employee benefits market.
- Experience with white-labelled SaaS platforms, implementations or product feedback processes.
