You’ll work across the stack to make those journeys clear and reliable: shaping interfaces with product and design, building the services and integrations behind them, and seeing your work through to production. You’ll have room to influence architecture while staying close to the people who use what you build.

Your work will include
- Build accessible, responsive web experiences in TypeScript and React for partners, employers and employees.
- Design, build and operate TypeScript APIs, services, data flows and integrations on AWS.
- Turn complex benefits data, approvals and configuration into interfaces and workflows that are easy to understand and dependable at scale.
- Develop AWS Bedrock-powered AI features across the stack, with attention to privacy, reliability, observability and cost.
- Improve testing, performance, security and deployment safety, and take ownership of features after launch.
- Use AI coding tools thoughtfully, reviewing and verifying what you ship, and contribute to agile planning, demos and retrospectives.
You’ll probably thrive here if
- At least five years building and maintaining production software, with strong TypeScript skills across frontend and backend work.
- Confidence with React, browser fundamentals, accessible interfaces, API design and relational data.
- Hands-on AWS experience deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting customer-facing services.
- Sound judgement around secure handling of personal information and trade-offs between speed, quality and maintainability.
- Experience working in an agile team and using AI-assisted coding without compromising review, testing or security.
Good to have
- React Native experience building polished mobile experiences, or GraphQL experience with complex schemas and data needs.
- Familiarity with pensions, insurance, employee benefits or other data-rich products.
